The affairs of the corporation are supervised and managed by its BOARD OF TRUSTEES. The Board of Trustee provides the long-term goals, vision and objectives of the school and appoints the school committee. The school committee includes members from the Board of Trustees and individuals with special skills from the community, the staff and/or the parents as needed. The members of the School Board do not receive financial compensation for their activity as Board members.

The School Committee reviews policies and rules regarding the operation of the Academy. It supervises and administers efficient functioning of the Academy. The chairperson of the School Committee is appointed by the board of directors. Meetings of the School Committee are scheduled monthly or more frequently, if necessary. Decisions of the School Committee are based on recommendations made by the subcommittees, by one or more committee member(s), by consensus or by a majority vote. The activities of the School Committee are reported to the school Board of Directors. The members of the School Committee do not receive any financial compensation for their activity as committee members.
